Happy Fiber Arts Friday. I am sharing my CD Coaster pattern I did over the weekend. I wasn't sure how I would share this pattern because each coaster I did this weekend was made a little differently. But I am sharing the basic pattern on how I did it
Edit May 10, 2021:
I added another photo and includes a video tutorial.
For this pattern you will need:
Materials:
Size F Hook
Sport weight yarn.
CD
Gauge: 4 rows = 1 inch
ch 4, slip into a ring
Row 1: 6 sc in the ring -- I worked in continuous rounds.
Row 2: 2 sc in each sc
Row 3: *2 sc in the next sc, sc in the next sc.* repeat around
Row 4: *2 sc in the next sc, sc in the next 2 sc* repeat around
Row 5: *2 sc in the next sc, sc in the next 3 sc* repeat around
Row 6: *2 sc in the next sc, sc in the next 4 sc* repeat around
Row 7: *2 sc in the next sc, sc in the next 5 sc* repeat around
Row 8: *2 sc in the next sc, sc in the next 6 sc* repeat around
Row 9: *2 sc in the next sc, sc in the next 7 sc* repeat around
Work a row even sc around
Then to do the decrease:
Row 1: sc2tog, *sc in the next 7* repeat around
Row 2: sc2tog, *sc in the next 6* repeat around
Row 3: sc2tog, *sc in the next 5* repeat around
Row 4: sc2tog, *sc in the next 4* repeat around
Finish off, Slip cd into the coaster.
I’m wondering how I might be notified whenever a new post has been made. I’ve subscribed to your RSS feed which must do the trick! Have a great day la vinci hotel dhaka
ReplyDeleteSomething is wrong here. My attempt at this is a hat--not a coaster. Needs more increases.
