  6. I love the patriotic doily.
Now, if I would ever attempt crochet again, I would totally try this one...and with these colors. I do love red, white and blue.

  7. That's a nice pattern. I'm guessing if you wanted you could just keep going around until you had a baby-size blanket? Something to think about.

  18. I really like this and can see it crocheted in threads to become an applique. Conversely I have already imagined joining the motifs together forming a throw.

Thank you very much for sharing this exciting crocheted item with tons of possibilities.

BTW I have registered to follow your blog. Would you please visit my blog and choose to follow it? Of course any comments are always appreciated. http://raggz2baggz.com

  19. Can I make several different stars and stitch them together and still have it be a star shape?

  20. This would make a pretty couch pillow by making two and joining them together. Might try that!

  21. I am following your Round Granny Ripple Pattern (which I love love love!) But i can not see where I am to change colors!! I have stopped on the end of the 4th row just incase it's somewhere in this area. I also am using a H hook, will that make it smaller or larger? What is the finished size of the Round Granny Ripple Pattern?
Thank you so much for your help. I don't consider myself a newbie but i do get confused easily! LOL.

    1. You can change colors at the end of any row. The finished size can be big or small as you like by repeating rows 8-10.

    2. Oh ok well i like the patten you have and actually zoomed into 600% to see if i could count the rows. :) and did! Haven't finished mine because i couldn't find my white! so this weekend it will be finished. Thank you so much for your help!

    1. Just keep repeating rows 8-10. I haven't made it too big, but it should work out to make it as large as you want.

  26. I have made 3 of these with red, white, and black, and ended with a row of red. Using them on my black slate coffee and end tables. Then made a square afghan using the same colors and stitches. Stunning on my black leather couch. Thank you so much for the pattern.
