So here it is, I started the Mermaid Me Blanket
The colors I am using is purple, pink, and red. I went to Hobby Lobby for the yarn. I could not find the yarn suggested, so I went with Yarn Bee Fetching.
It is sparkly, I thought it was important aspect because it is a mermaid's tail.
The downside of making this is that you make motifs and I am not a fan, all those ends to sew in. However it does look like scales and it will be cool. I hope the recipient will love it.
