This poncho is a work in progress.
I am using 4 skeins of Caron cakes to make this poncho. This yarn is not that cheap, I used my Michaels gift card I got for Christmas (from my darling husband). Cheaper versions of worst weight could be used.
As you can see it is just a large granny square with a hole in the middle. I am not following any specific pattern to make this.
