Another Tree Skirt

 I wanted to make a tree skirt with unique play on red, white, and blue. I had bought a cake of Mandela Tweed that was mostly blue and another one that was mostly red. As Memorial Day approaches, I am going to change the theme of my tree, which is currently Easter themed.

The pattern for the tree skirt can be found here. The only change I did was I did not do the edge in the pattern and did a chain 3 border. (chain 3, skip a stitch, sc in next stitch, repeat).

So now I will have to make ornaments to make the Memorial Day/ 4th ofJuly theme.
