Candle Wreath, Scrunchie, and/or a Fidget Toy

I did my latest tutorial based on a candle wreath pattern I did back in 2012. I did make some minor tweeks.

You will need Size H hook, a hair tie, and size 3-4 weight yarn

Row 1: do 25 sc around the hair tie

work in continous rounds

Row 2: 3 sc in each sc

Row 3: 3 sc in each sc.

Row 4: ch 3 and sc in each sc. Fasten off.
