Decorated For Christmas

First of all, we had a good time visiting my daughter for Thanksgiving. She made an awesome meal. I also helped put up her decorations before we left. She needs a tree skirt, so I started make her one.

I usually traditionally put up the Christmas decorations on Thanksgiving day. However, because we were out of town, I had put them up today. I have seen in blog land last year that someone had wrapped their pictures in wrapping paper. This year I tried it. It does look nice.

*sigh* That makes four projects in progress. I try to keep my WIP's under three, however that doesn't always happen.

And the best part, I got yarn from my daughter's mother-in-law. She spins and dyes yarn from the animals on her farm. But more on that for another time.

  2. Pretty decorations. I love your tree. I usually get my tree out of it's bag 2 weeks before the holiday. That gives me just enough to enjoy and not enough to get tired of looking at it.
