Donut Fidget Toy

This project was inspired by my most popular crochet tutorial on YouTube, my Mobius Fidget Toy.

 Materials:
worsted weight yarn, size 4
size g hook
or any yarn and hook size you would like as a donut.
scissors
yarn needle
stuffing of your choosing
  - the green donut in the picture has a marble in it.
 - I have used leftover yarn scraps and have used small pieces of plastic grocery bags
 - of course, you can use Polyfil.

Chain 18, slip stitch with the first chain.

You don't have to, but working in the back hump of the chain might make it easier to sew up the center.

Row 1: ch1, 2 sc in the same stitch, sc in the next two stitches, *2 sc in the next stitch, sc in the next two stitches* repeat around

Don't join, work in continuous rounds.

Row 2: *2 sc in the next stitch, sc in the next two stitches* repeat around

Rows 3-4: sc evenly around

Rows 5-6: *sc2tog in the next 2 stitches, sc in the next 2 stitches * repeat around

slip stitch in the next stitch. Finish off by sewing the last row to the foundation chain, and stuffing the donut as you go.

Enjoy your new toy! Check out the video for a closer look:
