Finished First Sock and Started Shawl

I finished the first sock on the net crocheted socks that I am making. The pattern I am following can be found here.

I also started a shawl at the request of my mother-in-law. She wanted in red and white, to have a button in the front, and long. I like how it is progress and hope she likes it. I plan to write up a pattern for the shawl.
