Where did the week go? It is time to party again. My husband usually does the cooking, but now he is volunteering to coach youth football, I find myself doing the cooking. This week I made a taco mac. I found variations on the web, but I had to make something with the ingredients I had on hand.
1 package whole wheat pasta of choice
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 packet taco seasoning
1 Large can tomato soup
Cook pasta according to package directions. Saute the onion and add ground beef. Once you brown the ground beef, add the taco seasoning and tomato soup. Stir in the cooked pasta.
Now it is your turn to show off your stuff.
