My grand kids wanted a piggy back. My husband stepped and gave up his 49ers piggy bank to our grandson. I made one with duct tape. The cardboard tube at the end of a roll of duct tape was the base. 
I used two half circles on top and a circle on the bottom. It is not perfect, but she is cute. More importantly I made it with the grand kids help.
