Crochet Wind Spinner

I saw this blog post from Little Treasures and I knew I had to make one. In the original pattern, I was suppose to start out with only 71 chain. I had made mine much longer. I had just used up a little bit of blue yarn.

Because it ended up long, I had to tie it up a bit.
On a side note, I just moved into a new house  last month. First, I do enjoy the skylight in the bathroom. I really brightens up the room. Second, there was this random hook by the skylight. Perfect for this project.
I decided to sew beads along the sides.

I think it turned out cute and my husband hasn't complained about it hanging in the bathroom. So I guess it is staying.

  1. Julie, thank you so much for trying it out and for linking back! It's beautiful and good job on making it longer! I also love how you decorated it with the beads, it really makes it hip ;)
Now, if I may, I would suggest you roll the whole spinner with your fingers so that middle part follows the spin route, unless you like it that way. Definitely try to hang it outside in the wind - seeing it spin will be a pleasure! Wishing you a lovely Sunday!

  3. Good post. I study one thing more difficult on totally different blogs everyday. It can all the time be stimulating to learn content from different writers and follow a bit one thing from their store. 경마사이트
